Nembrala is a beach that became major attractions on the island of Rote. This place is really famous for the hunters waves because the waves here break in the middle and very high.
Beaches and beautiful scenery, friendly people, comfortable and peaceful atmosphere, it almost is perfect .
What hurts is the regions most beautiful beaches have been given a limit signs there that have it, and almost all of them owned by foreigners. Indonesian people how easy it is to sell their land which is very beautiful and valuable.

What I know is foreigners can't own Indonesian land, but they can only rent it for years. Sometimes the foreigners use local representatives to buy the land, but the land itself can't be totally owned by foreigners. I wouldn't mind the foreigners to manage the land as long as it brings wealth and prosperity to the local people.
